Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities across Manhattan's commercial and residential sectors
- Develop comprehensive financial models and feasibility studies for high-value real estate projects
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Manage client relationships and negotiate complex lease agreements and property acquisitions
- Lead cross-functional teams including brokers, attorneys, and architects on transaction execution
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging market disruptors in NYC real estate landscape
- Maintain proprietary market intelligence database and predictive analytics dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in commercial real estate analysis or investment banking
- Expertise in Manhattan property valuation methodologies and zoning regulations
- Proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and advanced Excel modeling
- Track record of closing transactions exceeding $10M value
- CRE designation or equivalent professional certification
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Deep understanding of NYC luxury market dynamics and tenant requirements
