Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities in the NYC metro area.
- Manage and optimize property portfolios valued at over $50 million, ensuring maximum ROI and operational efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive financial models and investment memos for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Analyze lease abstraction and rental income streams to forecast revenue growth.
- Collaborate with legal and property management teams to execute acquisitions and dispositions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or commercial property management.
- Proficiency in Argus, REIS, or similar valuation software.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
