Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth market research and due diligence on commercial and residential real estate opportunities in the Bay Area.
- Develop complex financial models and valuation analyses to support acquisition, disposition, and development strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for existing assets and present performance reports to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify strategic land opportunities and assess zoning feasibility.
- Stay abreast of local regulatory changes and macroeconomic trends affecting the San Francisco market.
- Utilize GIS and spatial analysis tools to visualize market data and demographic shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, or commercial property management.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including VBA and macros.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance concepts, including cap rates, NOI, and IRR.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to property sites.
