Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through networking, social media, and community engagement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough comparative market analyses (CMA) to determine accurate property valuations and pricing strategies.
- Transaction Management: Guide clients seamlessly through the entire buying, selling, and leasing process, from contract negotiation to closing.
- Marketing: Create compelling property presentations, virtual tours, and listing descriptions to maximize exposure.

Qualifications
