Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from client acquisition to closing
- Develop strategic marketing plans utilizing virtual tours, drone photography, and targeted digital campaigns
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive pricing for premium properties
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, attorneys, and industry partners
- Lead property showings and negotiations exceeding $5M value thresholds
- Leverage CRM systems to track leads and optimize client conversion rates
- Stay current on NYC zoning laws and luxury market trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury real estate sales experience in premium markets
- Proven track record of closing 20+ transactions annually with average values >$3M
- Valid NY State Real Estate License (Sponsorship available for exceptional candidates)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented success in complex deals
- Expertise in Manhattan neighborhoods and architectural heritage
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Top Producer, LionDesk) and digital marketing tools
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued (Spanish, Mandarin, French)
- Professional designation (e.g., CRS, CIPS, or SRES) preferred
