- Utilize proprietary CRM and virtual staging tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-end residential real estate sales
- Proven track record with $50M+ annual sales volume
- NYC real estate license (Sponsorship available)
- Fluency in English and one additional language
- Expert knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods and zoning laws
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS)
- Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills
