Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end transaction process for luxury residential properties ($5M+)
- Develop strategic marketing plans utilizing virtual tours, drone footage, and targeted social campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors
- Conduct comparative market analysis and pricing strategy consultations
- Negotiate contracts with precision while ensuring legal compliance
- Leverage CRM systems (Top Producer, Lone Wolf) for client relationship management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in luxury real estate sales
- Proven track record of $20M+ annual sales volume
- New York State Real Estate License (Sponsorship available)
- Advanced proficiency in real estate analytics platforms (Realtor.com, Zillow Pro)
- Exceptional negotiation skills and contract law knowledge
