Responsibilities
- Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing premium residential properties across Manhattan
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for luxury listings (virtual tours, professional photography, targeted advertising)
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and provide data-driven investment advice to high-net-worth clients
- Manage complex transactions including multi-million dollar sales and international purchases
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and luxury service providers
- Lead property tours and negotiations while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and generate qualified leads
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven luxury real estate sales experience in New York City
- Current New York State real estate license with active SREC status
- Track record of closing $5M+ annual transaction volume
- Exceptional negotiation skills and contract expertise
- Deep knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods, zoning laws, and luxury market trends
- Proficiency in luxury marketing platforms and virtual tour technology
- Strong network of high-net-worth clients and industry professionals
- Professional designation (CRS, CIPS, or equivalent) preferred
