Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions including listings, showings, and negotiations
- Develop strategic marketing plans for premium properties utilizing virtual tours, drone photography, and targeted digital campaigns
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients, attorneys, and financial institutions
- Analyze market trends and provide data-driven investment guidance to clients
- Maintain compliance with NYS real estate regulations and ethical standards
- Collaborate with interior designers and staging professionals to maximize property appeal
- Lead team training sessions on emerging real estate technologies
Qualifications
- Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson license with minimum 5 years experience in luxury property sales
- Proven track record of $5M+ annual sales volume
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented closed deals above $2M
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Lone Wolf, Cloud MLS)
- Professional designation (SRES, CRS, or CCIM) preferred
- Strong network of HNW client relationships in Manhattan
- Exceptional market knowledge of NYC neighborhoods and zoning laws
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
