Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions for luxury properties valued $1M+
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners
- Conduct competitive market analysis and property valuation using proprietary tools
- Lead property showings, negotiations, and contract execution
- Create personalized marketing strategies including virtual tours and digital campaigns
- Maintain CRM database and track sales metrics
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to team growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury real estate sales experience in NYC
- Valid New York State Real Estate License (S-4)
- Proven track record with $10M+ annual sales volume
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Advanced knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods and zoning laws
- Strong network of affluent clients and industry connections
- Proficiency in real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Lone Wolf, Top Producer)
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHM) preferred
