Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of novel machine learning algorithms and deep learning models.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate research concepts using Python, TensorFlow, and proprietary frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product engineers and data scientists to integrate complex research findings into production-ready software.
- Publication: Author and present technical whitepapers and findings at leading global conferences and peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in R&D, software engineering, or a similar technical research role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, CUDA, and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
