Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate testing cycles
- Develop comprehensive test cases and scripts in Java/Python aligned with business requirements
- Execute exploratory testing and defect triage in JIRA with clear documentation
- Champion CI/CD integration with automated testing pipelines
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define acceptance criteria
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and drive continuous quality improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/Testing with 2+ years in automation
- Expertise in testing web applications and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in SQL for database validation and test data management
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Demonstrated experience with test-driven development (TDD) practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Portfolio showcasing test automation frameworks or testing methodologies
