Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress to achieve 80%+ test coverage
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration for continuous quality validation
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and drive preventive actions
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish departmental QA standards
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in automation testing (Java/Python, Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
