Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for CI/CD integration
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and implement root cause analysis
- Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to define quality KPIs
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability validation for new features
- Maintain test environments and ensure data integrity
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven track record in reducing production defects by 30%+
