Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion QA best practices across departments
- Manage test environments and coordinate cross-functional testing initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing with emphasis on web and mobile applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting languages (Python, Java)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and QA tools (JIRA, TestRail, Postman)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing basics
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into testable scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
