- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security testing
- Automate regression suites using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Lead defect management lifecycle in JIRA with root cause analysis
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and test strategies
- Implement performance testing with JMeter/K6 for scalability validation
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion QA best practices
- Conduct accessibility audits per WCAG 2.1 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Java/Python)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Certified Tester (ISTQB) or equivalent industry certification
- Experience with performance testing tools and load testing scenarios
- Proficiency in SQL and REST API testing
