Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Execute manual and automated regression, integration, and performance testing
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution tracking
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans aligned with product requirements
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams
- Champion continuous improvement of QA methodologies and tools
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct peer code reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software QA/testing with SaaS products
- Expertise in automation testing frameworks and CI/CD integration
- Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into test cases
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
