You will be instrumental in ensuring our core platform maintains the highest standards of reliability and performance.
You will work directly with cross-functional teams to build automated testing frameworks that scale with our rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to define comprehensive acceptance criteria for new features.
- Conduct thorough exploratory, regression, and integration testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira, ensuring clear communication with the engineering team.
- Analyze root causes of bugs and implement preventative testing strategies.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote a culture of quality throughout the SDLC.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests seamlessly into the deployment flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and tools like Postman or Insomnia.
- Proven ability to write complex SQL queries for database verification.
- Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive mindset toward process improvement.
