Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and industry-leading CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect triage sessions with cross-functional teams to drive rapid resolution
- Implement continuous testing strategies within AWS DevOps environments
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical production incidents
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in agile development environments
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications in ISTQB or similar QA methodologies preferred
