Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Python
- Lead end-to-end testing initiatives including functional, regression, performance, and security validation
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with Agile methodologies
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity metrics
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing workflows
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices across teams
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with emphasis on automated testing in SaaS environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and programming languages (Python/Java)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD processes
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance credentials preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into testable scenarios
- Familiarity with accessibility testing standards (WCAG 2.1) and security testing practices
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
