Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Execute exploratory testing and defect triage for complex web and mobile applications
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality metrics for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and test coverage requirements
- Analyze test results and drive quality initiatives using JIRA, TestRail, and defect analytics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS or enterprise software products
- Expertise in automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and performance testing tools
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/Java for test scripting and data validation
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile methodology experience
- Proven track record of leading QA teams in cloud-native environments
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and security testing protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
