Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA best practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution with engineering teams.
- Champion quality standards and advocate for user experience throughout the SDLC.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the growth of the testing guild.
- Analyze production logs and metrics to proactively identify potential failure points.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or TypeScript).
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management for data-driven testing.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to perform API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
