Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for cloud-based SaaS platforms, ensuring 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Execute manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API integrations
- Develop and execute performance, security, and regression testing strategies
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for quality assurance
- Document test plans, test cases, and defect reports using JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing with 2+ years in test automation leadership
- Expertise in agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java for test automation
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing
- Proven track record of improving product quality metrics by 30%+
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ISTQB/ASQ certification preferred
