Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end test plans covering functional, performance, and security requirements
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality gates and release criteria
- Drive continuous improvement through test metrics, root cause analysis, and process optimization
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion QA best practices across sprints
- Conduct exploratory testing and vulnerability assessments for complex payment systems
- Implement test environment management strategies for multi-cloud deployments
Qualifications
- 8+ years of QA experience with 4+ years in fintech or high-complexity domains
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting languages (Python/Java)
- Proven track record of designing test strategies for microservices architectures
- Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, K6) and security testing methodologies
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and release management
- Demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into test cases and scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
