Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain end-to-end automated testing frameworks from scratch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA gates into existing CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on production issues and drive preventative measures.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices, code reviews, and test strategy design.
- Define and implement comprehensive performance and load testing protocols.
- Advocate for quality-first development workflows across the entire engineering department.
- Monitor release quality metrics and report directly to stakeholders on deployment stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern language: Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of REST/GraphQL API testing and microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases for verifying data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
