Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Python to enhance CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA, ensuring rigorous tracking and resolution workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and quality gates
- Analyze test data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in QA processes
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Expertise in manual and automated testing with 3+ years of QA experience
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting languages
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing
- Certification in ISTQB or similar QA methodology preferred
