Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans covering functional, performance, and security requirements
- Lead automated testing initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and industry-leading CI/CD pipelines
- Execute manual and exploratory testing for complex web/mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document defects with precision
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality processes
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion QA best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in SaaS environments
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking tools (Jira, Zephyr)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
