Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate testing workflows using Selenium, Cypress, and CI/CD integration
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define QA requirements and test strategies
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and implement preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with SaaS product exposure
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Playwright)
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflow
- Strong SQL skills for database testing and validation
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
