Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect triage sessions with engineering teams to drive root cause analysis
- Implement quality gates and metrics using JIRA/TestRail
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability validation
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
- Partner with Product Owners to define acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA with 2+ years in automated testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Strong SQL and API testing experience (REST/GraphQL)
- Affinity for Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter/K6)
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Certified QA Engineer (CSTE) preferred
