Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium/Playwright
- Lead quality assurance strategies for cloud-based enterprise applications
- Execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, and performance testing
- Document defects using JIRA and drive resolution with development teams
- Analyze user behavior data to identify critical quality improvement opportunities
- Champion CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing workflows
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and quality methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with Selenium/Playwright
- Expertise in API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman or similar tools
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing methodologies
- Strong knowledge of agile/scrum development processes
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Demonstrable success in reducing production defects by 40%+
