NexusFlow Technologies is seeking a high-caliber Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our core engineering team in San Francisco. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our enterprise-grade SaaS platforms maintain peak performance and reliability.
You will work closely with developers and product managers to champion a culture of quality, automating complex test workflows and setting the standard for our release engineering processes.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain comprehensive automated testing frameworks for web and API services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA checkpoints into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents to prevent regression.
- Execute complex manual and exploratory testing for new feature releases.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on test strategies and automation best practices.
- Define and track key quality metrics to improve software development lifecycle efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security and performance benchmarks before every major deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Strong background in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database validation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate for quality at all levels of the organization.
