Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications using modern frameworks.
- Perform comprehensive manual testing for complex features where automation is not applicable.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to define clear acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution through the full SDLC.
- Mentor junior QA team members and promote quality-first mindsets across the engineering department.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Execute load and performance testing to ensure system scalability under heavy traffic.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within an Agile environment.
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python for test automation (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API testing and database validation (SQL/NoSQL).
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for edge cases and user-centric design flaws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
