Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive automated test suites using industry-standard frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define clear acceptance criteria.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on production issues to prevent recurrence.
- Mentor junior QA staff and advocate for best practices in test-driven development (TDD).
- Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment velocity.
- Perform regular security and performance audits to ensure platform stability.
- Manage end-to-end bug lifecycles using Jira, ensuring high-quality resolution standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
- Advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Proven expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
