Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain comprehensive automated test suites for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify edge cases and drive quality-first development.
- Lead root-cause analysis efforts for production incidents to improve system reliability.
- Define and implement QA metrics to monitor release health and technical debt.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to enforce best practices and clean architecture standards.
- Mentor junior testers on modern QA methodologies and automation best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages: Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Deep expertise in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, specifically Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and Docker containers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate for quality at the executive level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
