At NexusFlow Systems, we are building the next generation of cloud-native infrastructure, and we are looking for a meticulous Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure our platform remains bulletproof. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our testing strategy, mentoring junior testers, and championing a 'quality-first' culture across our engineering organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to define comprehensive test plans for new feature releases.
- Lead root-cause analysis for production incidents to improve system stability and reliability.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to achieve faster build-test-deploy cycles without sacrificing quality.
- Perform deep-dive manual exploratory testing to identify edge cases that automation might miss.
- Implement and monitor performance and load testing strategies to ensure high-availability at scale.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or TypeScript).
- Proven expertise in building end-to-end testing frameworks from scratch.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
