Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust automated testing frameworks using Selenium or Cypress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents to prevent regression.
- Execute performance, load, and security testing to ensure application scalability.
- Mentor junior QA staff and foster a culture of quality-first development.
- Participate in agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and architectural reviews.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for test plans, cases, and defect reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and API testing methodologies (Postman, REST Assured).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
