Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end QA test plans for complex SaaS applications
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Postman for regression and performance testing
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Execute manual and automated tests across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems
- Document test procedures, results, and quality metrics for stakeholder reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing with proven track record in agile environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and programming languages (Python, Java)
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and database testing (SQL)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate quality insights to non-technical stakeholders
