Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end QA test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate release cycles
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define acceptance criteria and quality metrics
- Maintain and expand test coverage across web, mobile, and API endpoints
- Champion continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) best practices
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive quality initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years QA experience)
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing
- Proficiency in SQL, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Certifications (ISTQB, CSTE) preferred
