Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Java to accelerate release cycles
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and prioritize critical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical failures and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain test documentation and QA artifacts in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct regular process audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Appium, Postman)
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical requirements
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Experience testing cloud-based SaaS applications and microservices architecture
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders
