Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing for SaaS applications
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress, reducing regression cycles by 40%
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab to enable continuous testing integration
- Conduct root cause analysis of critical defects and mentor junior QA engineers
- Drive quality initiatives through JIRA/Bugzilla workflows and metrics reporting
- Validate compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 security standards
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA roles with SaaS fintech or high-complexity software environments
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting languages
- Proven experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certified QA Engineer (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced Level certification
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into test cases
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
