Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium/Cypress and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect lifecycle management in JIRA with root cause analysis
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria
- Implement test environments and conduct cross-browser testing
- Report quality insights to stakeholders via dashboards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong SQL skills for database testing
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- API testing with Postman/RestAssured
- Performance testing knowledge (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB certification preferred
