Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks from the ground up using modern toolsets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and developers to define comprehensive test strategies for new feature rollouts.
- Execute complex end-to-end testing scenarios to identify performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of 'Quality First' within the engineering organization.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production issues and implement preventive measures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, high-confidence deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API testing and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment with rapid delivery cycles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical defects to non-technical stakeholders.
