Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex enterprise SaaS applications.
- Architect and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to identify edge cases early in the SDLC.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents to prevent recurrence.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate for a culture of quality across the entire development lifecycle.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable deployment cycles.
- Develop and manage performance and load testing initiatives for high-traffic environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation.
- Deep proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or TypeScript).
- Extensive hands-on experience with API testing and RESTful service validation.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native testing environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database query optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical risk to non-technical stakeholders.
