Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing to identify and resolve complex system bottlenecks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to define acceptance criteria for new features.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents to improve system stability.
- Mentor junior QA members and drive best practices in testing documentation and defect management.
- Optimize CI/CD pipeline integration to enable rapid, high-quality deployments.
- Champion a 'Quality-First' mindset across the entire development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Proven expertise in utilizing tools like Jira, TestRail, and Postman.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical quality issues to stakeholders.
