Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define acceptance criteria and quality standards.
- Execute complex integration, regression, and performance testing cycles.
- Identify, document, and track high-priority defects using Jira.
- Champion CI/CD best practices to accelerate release cycles while maintaining code integrity.
- Perform root-cause analysis on production incidents to prevent recurrence.
- Mentor junior team members on testing methodologies and automation best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).
- Experience testing API-driven architectures (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an uncompromising attention to detail.
