At NexusFlow Systems, we are redefining software reliability in a cloud-native world. We are seeking a meticulous and highly technical Senior QA Engineer to join our high-growth engineering team. You will be the gatekeeper of quality, championing test automation, and ensuring our enterprise-grade SaaS products deliver a seamless experience to thousands of users daily.
You will work closely with developers and product managers in an Agile environment to build robust test suites that challenge the limits of our infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated test frameworks for web and API-based platforms.
- Conduct thorough functional, integration, and regression testing across the SDLC.
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated QA gates into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform root cause analysis on production issues and document comprehensive defect reports.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote a culture of quality-first development.
- Participate in sprint planning, architecture reviews, and cross-functional project scoping.
- Optimize test coverage strategies to reduce technical debt and increase release velocity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Deep experience with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Proven track record of working within AWS/GCP cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database verification (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate product requirements into technical test cases.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
