Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for cloud-based SaaS platforms
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Execute exploratory testing and document defects in JIRA with detailed reproducibility steps
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and test automation
- Analyze test metrics to identify quality trends and drive process improvements
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct peer code reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/SDLC with SaaS product testing
- Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and scripting (Python/Java)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and test-driven development principles
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance framework
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
