Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans, scripts, and automation frameworks for web/mobile applications
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles including functional, regression, performance, and security validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document defects with precision
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing seamlessly into development workflows
- Analyze test data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in QA processes
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality engineering best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in QA/QC roles with proven expertise in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong proficiency in API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA) and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
