- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional AI/ML initiatives
- Develop proprietary algorithms achieving 95%+ accuracy in real-world deployment scenarios
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI-driven feature roadmaps
- Secure external research funding through NSF/NIH grants and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published record in top-tier AI conferences (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with production-scale model deployment experience
- Proficiency in distributed computing (Spark, Kubernetes) and GPU optimization
