Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to improve core product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to identify high-impact business opportunities.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to extract actionable insights from complex, unstructured datasets.
- Design and conduct rigorous A/B testing to optimize algorithmic performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the evolution of our internal MLOps infrastructure.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through intuitive data storytelling.
- Stay at the forefront of the field by prototyping new research and integrating cutting-edge ML frameworks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of cloud computing environments, specifically AWS or GCP.
- Expertise in big data processing tools like Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Strong background in model deployment, monitoring, and production-grade MLOps pipelines.
